2️⃣ Design Review & Proof Creation

We review your file and prepare a full proof package including:

• Digital proof image and 3d rendering video

• Final size

• Material and layer layout

• Finish / stain / paint options

• Pricing confirmation if adjustments are required

3️⃣ Proof Approval

You will receive:

• A proof image showing final design and dimensions

• Material and finish confirmation

• Final pricing confirmation

• Send your order sheet

No production begins without your approval.

If any structural or material limitations require small design adjustments, they will be clearly communicated during this stage.

4️⃣ Production & Delivery

Once approved, your sign is:

• Precision laser cut and/or CNC carved

• Professionally engraved

• Layered and assembled

• Finished, stained, or painted

• Quality inspected

• Packaged for safe delivery

📏 Sizing & Proof Approval (Important)

Final sizing is determined by your design’s layout, lettering size, material thickness, and structural requirements.

For reference:

• Small décor signs: 8–10 inches

• Standard wall signs: 10-14 inches

• Large statement pieces: 14-20 inches

Highly detailed or layered designs may require larger sizing for clarity and durability.

Final size and pricing are always confirmed with your proof before production begins.
